General Motors has passed a major milestone with the 10th anniversary of its Middle East Parts Distribution Center (MEDC) located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai. The MEDC was initially leased from DHL, when it first opened in 2003.
Chevrolet dealers sold a total of 6,031 vehicles in the Middle East in April boosted by sales of the brands passenger cars which surged 47% year-on-year. Total sales rose 12% as dealers recorded their best April retail month since 2008.
